Kiev. May 11. — Raiffeisen Bank Aval, held in Rivne and Zhytomyr regular seminars for clients of the segment of small and micro-businesses in the framework of the project «Academy of business”.

For the first quarter of 2016 Raiffeisen Bank international AG (RBI) received a 229 million Euro profit before tax, which is 22% more compared to the same period last year. Profit after tax increased by 38% and amounted to 138 million Euro on an annual basis, at the same time, consolidated profit increased by 37% and amounted to 114 million euros.

Kiev. April 6. — Raiffeisen Bank Aval supported the holding of the third stage of ski slalom and slalom giant Cup Ukrainian Ski Club among fans and veterans.

April 28. — Kharkiv regional Directorate of Raiffeisen Bank Aval has granted charitable assistance to the Ukrainian scientific-industrial Institute of prosthetics, prosthesis and rehabilitation. This Institute is the only one in Ukraine engaged in the development of new technical solutions in protestaban and integrated rehabilitation of persons with complex disorders of musculoskeletal system.

April 27. — Shareholders of Public joint stock company “Raiffeisen Bank Aval” at its annual General meeting held today in Kiev, approved the reports of the Supervisory Board and the management Board about results of Bank's activity in 2015, and identified the main directions of the Bank in 2016.

April 27. – through a charitable contribution of Raiffeisen Bank Aval in March of this year the Charitable Foundation “Hope and belief” the “First breath," purchased Curosurf in excess of 29 760 UAH for newborn girl with respiratory distress syndrome in a family of Zhytomyr region; and since the beginning of the year purchased and delivered drugs for these children 73 068 UAH.
