Charitable contributions of employees of Raiffeisen Bank Aval help save seriously ill children

Kiev. July 24. - Raiffeisen Bank Aval in March 2016 was launched perpetual charity event in support of children with cancer «Help those who need it”, in cooperation with all-Ukrainian charitable Foundation “Guarantee”.

In the framework of this action the employees of the Bank monthly transfer to a special account in VBF “Guarantee” voluntary charitable contributions to the purchase of drugs for children with cancer from poor families who are undergoing treatment in specialized medical institutions of Ukraine. Currently, these goals have been transferred over 146 thousand UAH.

in June of this year, financial assistance for the purchase of necessary medicines, totaling more than 12596 UAH was allocated for the treatment of two young children: 3-year-old Daniela M. from the Lugansk region and 6-year-old Stanislav P. from the Kiev region. In addition, the funds collected were purchased aspirators for the treatment of young patients of the Department of resuscitation and intensive therapy of the Institute of neuro-surgery to prevent postoperative complication.
