Raiffeisen Bank Aval has conducted a new training on financial literacy for children

Kiev. 4 Oct. - Raiffeisen Bank Aval has held two free seminars on financial literacy “Funds wisely for young adults” for boys and girls aged 13 to 18 years.

Training took place on 1 and 2 October 2016 at the training center of the Financial Academy Raiffeisen Bank Aval (FARBA).

the First training was held for children of employees of the company “products”. Second – for students in the 7A class of the Gymnasium №117 named. Lesya Ukrainka in Kiev. The second seminar was also attended by a representative of the Visa company Maxim Korshenyuk, who spoke about the history of money, cash flow, and showed how the payments are made through POS-terminal.

in General, participants in these trainings, more than 40 children who learned about the principles of budget planning, spending and saving, banking, how to avoid fraudulent payment cards and more.

the purpose of the trainings is to raise the awareness of pupils and students in the field of financial products and services.
