Raiffeisen Bank Aval is among the best employers in the country — HeadHunter

Kiev. 13 Dec. — Raiffeisen Bank Aval named among the 20 best employers of the country on the results of the study “the Rating of employers of Ukraine” conducted by the International personnel portal HeadHunter Ukraine.

As indicated by the rating, the study was conducted in three waves: during the first and second top employers from different professional spheres and different regions of the country determined the search engines work, and during the third wave provided their estimates, the experts of the labour market.

Justifying the methodology, one of the experts noted such factors as: the level of staff turnover; the availability of formal employment with the first day; the salary levels in against the market and the regularity of payouts, the bonus systems; personality — there are the leaders, with some want to work or not; working hours, overtime; prospects, growth, company's prospects in General; as yourself "feels” to the market; the atmosphere inside the team.

HeadHunter Ukraine considers the rating of employers with a tool that allows you to see trends in the labor market of our country today; to understand what is really important for search engines, to identify promising targets for employers in the context of formation and development of employer branding; to encourage those who invest in the employer brand the real things. This all in turn should stimulate the market to develop, and employers — to implement effective practices on further development of the strategy for the formation of HR-brand of the company.
